We proudly ship worldwide via DHL Express.

To ensure faster delivery and efficient fulfillment, orders may be dispatched from any of our three international manufacturing facilities, depending on product availability and stock levels at the time of purchase.

Our factories are strategically located across three continents to support global distribution and minimize delivery times.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once processed, your order is handed over to DHL for shipment.

Please note:

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

UK & EU: 5–7 working days

USA & Canada: 7–14 working days

Rest of World (e.g., Nigeria, Australia): 10–20 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

Customs clearance procedures

Local holidays

Weather conditions

Carrier-related delays

4. Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly through the DHL tracking portal.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window


We offer a 24-hour return policy from the date you receive your item. All return requests must be initiated within this period.

Eligibility Requirements


To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In the original packaging with all tags or seals attached

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Send your return to the original shipping location specified on your package

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

We are not responsible for packages damaged or delayed in transit. All items are carefully packaged as fragile before shipping.
